I bring over fifteen years of investigating and writing about America’s worst polluters from the gas fields of North Dakota to the “Dead Zone” in the Gulf of Mexico to The Midnight Rambler. But it wasn’t until an investigation into environmental crime in the federal biofuels program that I became aware of the criminally under appreciated work of EPA special agents.

I’ve written for Sierra Magazine, Politico, the Huffington Post, Grist, Civil Eats and the Food and Environment Reporting Network. For five years I wrote about music and movies for the Washington DC City Paper.

The Midnight Rambler is my first novel.

Thank you for your time.
